So, here we go:
Vision
The current political order has many dysfunctions which put it further away form the ideals of democracy. The order does not put the same level of responsibility on each political decision maker, encouraging misuse of authorities against the society itself. And instead of having the best and most responsible ones in the political process, we have at the top of the process the most competent and merciless manipulators. The people who are giving the legitimacy to the government in the pseudo democratic system, due to the restricted access to information and real image of the political reality, do not actually have the possibility to elect the best, but, instead, are doomed to make decisions based on deceptive, media shaped senses, and not on common sense and knowledge.
The politically inactive individuals who give the legitimacy to the government and compose the nation body are not directly responsible for their political decisions. This causes a superficial approach towards the political process and satisfaction of only low desires with the effect of encouraging populist methods of government to the detriment of rule of knowledge.
The new political order represents the rule of experts and most responsible individuals or groups. With their knowledge and reputation they receive the legitimacy to make concrete political decisions in their areas of competency.
Imagine the following scenario:
The Forum gathers all relevant subjects, individuals and organizations in the society who together cover all social questions. The individuals who are bound by their areas of interest are mutually interconnected, so that i.e. someone well informed in the sphere of environment protection knows all other political subject in that field. Based on public activities in the society and accomplishments that have been recognized on behalf of the public and the profession, it is known who is more or less credible, who carries a certain authority and who is competent enough to lead a certain political project.
The individuals who compose the section of the network which is involved in the area of environment protection, thanks to the credibility based on the expertise and knowledge, become the source of public opinion for issues on environment protection. Each individual has the possibility, to the level of their reputation, to participate in shaping the public opinion and distinguishing information from disinformation, with the effect of having the public opinion created free of manipulation from small interest groups.
This process purifies the public opinion of all destructive influence coming from those circles which find the values of expertise and openness of public affairs not in their interest. The consequence is that promotion of suboptimal or damaging decisions is now confronted with arguments which reveal its nature and prohibit its legitimating. On the other hand the openness of the process makes it impossible to create media oligopoly and misuse of such a position.
Having the Forum as the basic political reference base and Forum members who guarantee the credibility of the information channel with their individualized responsibility, any manipulation is promptly revealed. Such a process creates efficient articulation of political issues and implementation of their solutions though concrete political projects.
The political projects are commenced by the most competent, or those who see themselves as such. Individuals and/or teams who start a certain project receive feedback information from the entire interested public, giving them a stronger political background and power they need for the project to be realized. If an initiated project cannot prove any results it is possible to optimize it with credible references, with help of all interested parties, or to shift the focus on politically more relevant issues where the project can be implemented easier.
In the case when individuals are not adequate to receive the legitimacy to carry out a certain project, by associating with other initiatives and forming a joint executive body based on the openness of the goal and methods to achieve the goal, they can easily establish new structures which will be able to receive full legitimacy at a given time and implement a broader interest. Those individuals who fail in this process are put on the political margins, while the successful ones receive good reputation and adequate political power, based on the ability to implement the political interests they stand for.
Simple insight into the whole process and the already mentioned feedback mechanisms of the Forum point out inefficient actions and enable better optimization based on the availability of the necessary knowledge and the fact that everyone who is interested can directly assist the individuals who stand for their common social interests.
Within the whole system, the most clever and skilful individuals receive rapidly the earned reputation, while the established communication channels between those subjects (individuals and other political subjects) give space to articulated political power, to proportions so far not seen.
Optimization of that network based on the established trustful relations between individuals (network of trust) and groups, and discovery of legitimate procedures of political decision making, establishes the new political order, internet democracy.
