openDemocracy.net: Web Publishing Interns

openDemocracy regularly recruits freelance publishing interns to join its expanding volunteer web publishing team. Recruiting now for spring 2010 start 

Volunteers help with the daily maintenance of our website, as well as get involved in special projects.

We are looking for highly motivated, reliable, flexible and committed individuals to maintain our high standards of producing quality content on the net. A good knowledge of global current affairs and the current news agenda, plus demonstrable interest in web publishing is preferred.

The ongoing internship programme is on a part-time, casual basis with a minimum requirement of five hours per week. Candidates must be able to work remotely.
