Bo Stråth

Bo Stråth has been Professor of Contemporary History at the European University Institute in Florence since 1997. He was Professor of History at Gothenburg University between 1990 and ’96, and has published widely on issues of modernity and democracy in Europe. His most recent book is The Meaning of Europe.
