CAMFED InternationalCAMFED International is a group of non-governmental organisations located in Africa, the USA, and the UK. The head office is in Cambridge, UK. CAMFED International began with the establishment of CAMFED (the Campaign for Female Education) in 1993. Over ten years, programmes have evolved in Zimbabwe and Zambia in Southern Africa, and Ghana in West Africa, enabling girls to attend their local schools until, at the very least, they complete secondary school education.
