Emma Bonino is a Member of the European Parliament, a Board Member of the International Crisis Group, a member of the Alliance for Liberals and Democrats in Europe (ALDE), and was Chief Election Observer for EU Election Observation Mission in Afghanistan’s 18 September 2005 parliamentary and provincial elections.
