Monica Horten is journalist and chartered marketer. She has written on technology and marketing for many titles including the UK’s Daily Telegraph and Financial Times. She is the proprietor of web company Pragnetix and is currently writing a Masters dissertation on the debate for and against data retention, with specific reference to the issues for internet service providers.
