Wolf Hilbertz is president of Sun & Sea, a non-profit organisation for development of new sustainable building technologies. He is an architect educated in Germany and the United States. A pioneer in organic architecture, he invented Biorock technology for growing building materials in the sea. Currently based in Dubai, he has lived in Thailand, Ireland, Canada, the US, and Germany.
