Christos Papanikolaou is a researcher on issues of European cultural policy, museum management and European integration. He has worked as a senior designer of regional cultural policy and as a cultural management consultant to the Greek local government. He is currently working as the manager of the Department of Social Policy and Funding in a private company. He holds a Bachelor in Sciences of Arts and History of Art from the University of Ioannina, Greece and a Masters in Museum Studies from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
