Jorge Edwards is a Chilean writer, novelist, journalist and critic. Among his many books are Persona non grata (1973), El museo de cera (The Wax Museum, 1981), and El sue̱o de la historia (The Dream of History, 2000). His award include the 1999 the Premio Cervantes (1999).
