Ryan Koslosky is an attorney and currently Senior Fellow at the Institute for Human Rights, Peace, and Development at the University of Florida. He has represented clients in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and was a member of the 2004 Democratic National Platform Committee. He has been published numerous times on international law, international human rights, and democratic transitions.
