Cindy Weber

I am Professor of International Relations at the University of Lancaster, and have written extensively on the relationship between sovereignty and intervention, US foreign policy, and various theoretical debates in International Relations theory, including on matters of gender. My book Imagining America at War (Routledge, forthcoming) focuses on emerging post-9/11 US moralities, by tracing their construction at the intersections of official US foreign policy, popular film, and narratives about the family. Currently, I am working on a documentary film about post-9/11 US citizenship.
