What We Need

IM;

One thing that is odd.

Critics complained that Dick Cheney was part of an old boy network in Washington and that is how he got the  nomination for VP.

Joe Biden is part of a similar old boy network in Washington. That is how he got his nomination.

Palin is not part of an old boy network in Washington. (In fact, she took on her party, like McCain, to get things done.)

She got the nomination because she is a sitting governor and a popular one.

 Cheney and Biden have expertise in foreign affairs. Palin has expertise in excutive duties,  working with other governors and oil.

Assuming, as usual, a sitting President will seve out his full term, which expertise is going to matter more for a VP in the next administration?
