It's either you want to argue against OWS, or you don't. You chide me about platitudes? Wow, that some Texas size nerve you have there.

Let me say only that OWS is the antidote for American ignorance. Ignorance represented by people like Grover Norquist and his republican lackeys for example. Taxation, especially fair taxation, is an awfully long conversation and I don't intend to simply write some kind of personal view on this for your amusement either, but here and everywhere the OWS is forcing that discussion. This is a good thing.

I've never worked for anyone myself. I've been an entrepreneur my entire life, created employment, and yes, paid my taxes. Taxes are the price paid for the opportunities given to me. I don't agree with some taxes, and I don't always agree with tax spending, but I am amazed at some of the simplistic crap coming out of the mouths of Republican politicians and wingnut media. You seem determined to parrot some of that nonsense here, which is disappointing, because generally, I consider you to be a thoughtful person. Not so all of the time I suppose.
