It's not. Saddam Hussein had no ties with Al Queda and he did not support international terrorists. I'm convinced that Tony Blair had humanitarian motives (get rid of a terrible dictator). The neoconservatives already wanted to invade Iraq before 9-11, just as the Bush administration already discussed a war on Iraq before 9-11.
