Dear Info 28,

apart from the question if you are right in that Muslim children have the needs that you mention, why should it have to be the state to make these provisions available?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Bilingual Muslim children need state funded Muslim schools with bilingual Muslim teachers as role models. They need to learn standard French to follow the National Curriculum and go for higher studies to serve humanity. They need to learn Arabic language to recite and understyand the Holy Quran and Islamic literature and poetry. They need to learn Islamic studies to develop Islamic Identity which is crucial for mental, emotional and personality development. They need to learn their native languages to keep in touch with their cultural roots.

You write:

"I think that It’s an evidence that the government of France, and regional and local governments (It’s applyable to all the European Union countries, also SPAIN) have to invest in this neighbourhoods, with a big presence to French-Arabic people and Muslims, with public policies by makes easy the access to a worthy house, by a high quality public school in this neighbourhoods by to get that this young people have high studies (university or professional courses), with more and better cultural places where this young people could spend their free time, like libraries, pavilions, stadiums, gyms, cinemas, museums, music palaces; doing in their lots and different activities. And finally, with facilities by to make a little company, business or shop and more factories by to fight against chronic unemployment and irregular jobs in this neighbourhoods."

Do you also think there is anything the inhabitants of these neighborhoods themselves should do?

Last week, Nicolas Sarkozy, the Home Minister of France, went to outskirts neighbourhoods in Paris, where had began clashes between gangs of French-Arabic young people with National Police of France, that later would be extended to other metropolis in France. This situation had been produced by the confused murder of two French-Arabic young people when they were avoiding to the Police in an outskirts neighbourhood in Paris. With the visit of Nicolas Sarkozy, the situation became extremely tense by his insulting statements with reference to French-Arabic gangs. Sarkozy called rabble this people. Because of this insulting statements the situation have became very dangerous, because now, there’s a possibility of social break between a greater part of the French society with thousands of bad-integrated and bad-accepted French-Arabic young people who pertains to the lowest class in non-regulated worker market, in illegal jobs or in unemployment.
