Bilingual Muslim children need state funded Muslim schools with bilingual Muslim teachers as role models. They need to learn standard French to follow the National Curriculum and go for higher studies to serve humanity. They need to learn Arabic language to recite and understyand the Holy Quran and Islamic literature and poetry. They need to learn Islamic studies to develop Islamic Identity which is crucial for mental, emotional and personality development. They need to learn their native languages to keep in touch with their cultural roots.

This situation had been produced by the confused murder of two French-Arabic young people when they were avoiding to the Police in an outskirts neighbourhood in Paris.
