 <description>&lt;i&gt;Israeli officials on Wednesday expressed dismay at the UN Security Council&#039;s failure to pass a resolution condemning the recent suicide bombing in Netanya, after Algeria opposed its wording.&lt;/i&gt; 

  &lt;b&gt;Algeria, a thousand miles away from Israel, stands with her&lt;/b&gt; &lt;i&gt;Mooshlim&lt;/i&gt; &lt;b&gt;brothers for terror. Now, a normal person would wonder why Algeria and Iran, separated from Israel by 2-4 countries, behaves as though Israel was next door. 
  Simple. There is no such thing as a concept of individual Arab nations. They are all medieval fanatics using modern political forms.
  Yet, if one studies the Arabs&#039; history, they could never unify under one ruler. It was always the local Saddam Hussein that ruled.
