She may be an expert on Islam but she proves her ignorance of other traditions by writing so. She may know far less about the Buddha than she does about Jesus or Mohamed but the fact remains that there is abundance material available about the life of the Buddha beginning with his birth, his life before and after enlightenment, his preaching years and his death. All it takes to know is an interest, reading and general knowledge.
