But it's underlying assumption is that the World Bank is a worthwhile organization when, in fact, it has contributed annually to the impoverishment of nation after nation. I say scrap it. I say let the Wolfman take the lead and then <i>nobody</i> use its services. There are other ways. As the Globalization process is a neo-con surfeit, why not die it? Besides, very few countries have the guts to stand up for what they believe. So what's the difference? Bunch of patsies, if you ask me: governments.
