Are the Chinese and Gulf States offering even cheaper money?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not likely. Banking shares have fallen sharply, indicating that equity finance is very expensive at the moment. In fact, you can expect that the new part-owners have negotiated very good terms.
