 <description>&lt;p&gt;I would have liked the film to have stuck to facts, rather than inventing a while personal physician who has an affair with Amin&#039;s wife.  This, in my view, is taking too much liberty in telling a story about an historical figure and a piece of history.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>I have a very different take on this movie.  It&#039;s not about Idi Amin or history. It&#039;s about  politics, violence and how naivity fits in with this. McAvoy played the part extremely well from this perspective (what educated person could have been so naive?)  He, believably, pulled this off.  Well done.</description>
