At <em>Polit.ru,</em> which is the oldest Russian socio-political website,we have a name for the new project we are launching in conjunction with the well-known international website <em>Open Democracy</em>. It is the Freedom of Institutions. There is good reason for this. We want to make it clear that we believe the question of freedom to be crucial in today’s world.
