When I sign up for the Russia Mailinglist, I get directed to the "Global Deal" pages and am told I have signed up for the "Global Deal" Mailinglist... As interesting as climate change may be - is there a russia mailinglist?

At Polit.ru, which is the oldest Russian socio-political website,we have a name for the new project we are launching in conjunction with the well-known international website Open Democracy. It is the Freedom of Institutions. There is good reason for this. We want to make it clear that we believe the question of freedom to be crucial in today’s world. And the establishment of institutions is a key part of the answer.
