Its great to read your article. However it contains several half truths which are common with Kenyan media but easily seen by Keen kenyan readers.I wish to inform thge writer that contrary to his claims Moi was not voted out in 2002 but retired as per kenyan constitution.Contrary to your claims the genuine members of Bunge La Mwanainchi continue to enjoy the freedom of association as the meet regulary but some who claim to be members were recently arrested for reasons not associated with the park.the development of the park will not in anyway interfere with their activities as they can temporarly relocate to other areas in the city.

we are supprised why the writer supports jounalist who abuse their power of the pen to libel others.kenyan media is full of similar writers who have abused these rights with impunity and its only people like the minister who can afford to persue justice for herself and the silent majotity of kenyans.

lastly you popular colum risks becoming irrelevant if it continues defending the obvious.

yours faithfully

elijah wambua

ag coordinator

Ene(peoples)land commission

A project of the kenya human rights commission.
