I just wanted to take this early opportunity to encourage people interested in this debate to join up to the Europa e-list which Paul Hilder, Harry Bauer, myself and others run. The list has 200 people from twenty European countries, and we have plans for exapnding it beyond the fortnightly DIGEST which has so far proved quite popular. Are you interested?
