The present attorney-general is a man who considers the Geneva conventions "quaint". The vice-president appears to see nothing wrong with the imposition of what is indistinguishable from torture. American agents kidnap Muslims and drag them off to sinister prisons.
Alberto Gonzales, AG, has made no such statement or indication. This is a lie.
The US has clear definitions of what is and is not considered torture. ie. it is distinguishable. Your inability to make that distinction is not his problem. If you are opposed to all aggressive interrogation, JUST SAY SO, don't lie about Cheney's views.
Capturing enemy combatants on the battlefield and taking them prisoner is NOT kidnapping.
Your lies expose you as an empty partisan hack.

The European Parliament bas recently condemned the CIA for illegally, in European and International Legal terms,transporting alleged suspects across Europe making use of air space and airfields for 'extraordinary rendition'. This has been done in some cases unbeknown to the countries whose facilities and space has been used.
Do you seriously believe that the US administration were not aware of their act of criminal tresspass? If you attempt to justify the indefensible, then you are worse than a hack, your a dumb Kwatt,which must from hereon be used as equivalent in meaning to dumb Twatt.

You deliberately distort what I and others say. By doing so you are able to claim that your adversary is being illogical.
As to the meaning of 'spoiling', it is often applied to a boxer of inferior or little talent, who is determined to remain on his feet at all costs and endeavours to effect this by clutching his opponent at every opportunity and going into one clinch after another. He hardly ever gets the decision and it makes for a boring fight but he at least avoids the indignity of ending up on the floor. If he tried to engage properly in the bout, he knows he would be KO'd.
You are a first class spoiler and another boxing term that can be used to describe you is 'journeyman' , that is someone who has been round the block many,many times, and has nothing to show for it. No championships, no top ten place, no worthwhile earnings, but just being a no-hope opponent for a genuine prospect.
I can't even go as far as describing you as a Cinderella man, because that would imply that you might actually achieve something someday and we know that cannot be the case.

You do need to be lectured on good faith as you repeatedly take statements out of context and distort, misquote, misread what people say here. All of which make a solid case for your exclusion from debate, it would seem.
