United Nations general assembly came and went while different parts of the world are suffering from violence, poverty and injustice imposed on them mostly by the corrupted systems that falsely represent the people in those regions. The major issue which was brought in the focus of the world in this event, was the problem that world is facing as a result of irresponsible behaviors of Islamic regime in our country, Iran.
After wasting so many months through endless negotiations between EU and U.S from one side and Islamic regime of Iran from the other side, and after passing of the deadlines determined by international community, world is yet to see a solution to this matter. Iranian people who are suffering under extreme brutalities of Islamic theocratic regime and paralyzed by deep corruption of the system, have chosen to wait and see how international community deal with these self appointed representatives of god on earth. I smell fish in your question but I am going to respond to you anyways.
You either don't know anything about Iran and the region or trying to pull something! This topic is about Iran and the islamic tyrany which has been ruling my country for more than 2 decades and has driven a prosperous nation deep into misery! Israel was a friend and ally of Iran prior to coming of mullahs and their thugs to power in that country. Iranian people as far as I know have no animosity towards Israel or United States. It is in the interests of Islamic tyrany to create enemies so they can supress their own people by calling them spies or claiming their association with this or that self made enemy! Israel has become an excuse for Islamic terrorist regime to silence the voice of opposition inside even though this weapon has lost effect since a long time ago!
The problems between Israelies and Palestinians have taken a lot of our resources unjustly and Islamic regime of Iran has managed to create a lot of tension in the region through that. World should carefully pay attention to this matter otherwise they will pay a huge price in future for not doing so! Islamic regime which has organaized different terrorist groups from beginning and has links with many others that came to existance in sympathy with their cause, has enormous amount of funds in their possession which is enough to feed terrorist activities for centuries!

I was very interested in your post, Toofaan; I assume you are representing views of the "Free Iran Project". Iranians that I know are living in the UK and are people, and their descendents, that fled Iran when the Shah was deposed. Do you live in Iran today? How many within Iran share your views?
I do not like the theocracy within Iran either; there are some in the USA see that a way to remove the Mullahs, and puppets like Ahmadinijad, would be by military means similar to Iraq. Of course, after Iraq, there is some caution, but what would be your opinion? I would be worried that such action would have the opposite effect from that intended and would result in an unacceptable loss of life.
I thought the last election could have seen a liberalisation within Iran and was surprised that Ahmadinijad was elected. I would also second batman's question of how can "citizens of Iran wrest power"?
