Thank you for your reply re Yugoslavia, but it really doesn't answer the question. I suppose I could ask it in another way...why did several members of NATO support the Yugoslav incursion, but do not now support action in Iraq? That the latter action does not have full NATO support only carries weight as an arqument against invasion if you can explain the apparent inconsistency of the opposing nations.
