In the context of "People Flow", it is important to note that many of the incoming migrants are temporarily in Europe, and will either return to their homelands or move on to other places. This is especially true of asylum-seekers. The interesting project I am working on is to measure and describe the transnational social networks of some groups, and attempt to analyze the movement of knowledge, money, and relationships through those networks.
