rise of hammas - the new nazisPosts: Joined: 2006-02-04
"hammas won democratic elections , therefore they are the lawful representatives of the Palestinians"
a lot of the people in the western civilizations , share this view about hammas organization. i think the majority of them share those views because they don't have sufficient information about the hammas group
first, hammas is a terror group, leaders of hammas sent suicide bombers to kill innocent israelians in buses , restaurants, shops and any other place you cant think of
second , hammas is different from other terror groups because they belive no nation , jewish , christian , Buddhist or other , have the right to exist .therefore killing of innocent Israelites would not stop at the ending of what the second party of palestians call "occupation" , but on the total distraction of israel. and if they would have success reaching that goal , they will join their mother group "islam brothers" in the islam conquest of the entire world .
third ,hammas leaders , especially the religious ones have racist theories that resemble those of the nazis in germany about the inferiority of the jews and christians.
therefore , there is no point in reaching any agreement with hammas , by israel or by other countries

Re: rise of hammas - the new nazis
Hammas is the only alternative left to the Palestinian people to accepting the 'American solution' of the Palestine conflict: ethnic cleasing, apartheid and being locked into 'reservations'. Israel's disregard for international law and America's shameless abuse of its veto right in the UN security council is depriving them of legal avenues. And negotiations aren't going anywhere, in fact the illegal settlements continue to be built and so does the apartheit wall.
The longer Israel continues to refuse the Palestinian people the one and only fair solution, a unified, secular Palestine in which there is equal right and opportunity for both Jews and Palestinians, and to which all 4.5 million Palestinian refugees can return to, the more it will strengthen extremism. Israel has to blaim itself for the success of Hamas. Targeted killings, shooting of kids and bulldozing of homes will not remain unrevenged.

looklook,
Give a SuperPower which will support Palestine no matter what. Kinda like Unconditional support of U.S. toward Israel. Then we will see whether Hamas and its policy toward Israel will exist or not.
The bottom line is Palestine has nobody to defend themselves unlike Israel. The country which gets latest weaponary from U.S. so they can bomb innocent Palestinian. GET IT TO YOUR HEAD.
You talk about innocent Israeli, what about innocent Palestinian? All lives are equally valuable.
I have a question for you pal. I know suicide bombing is COWARDLY ACT. IT IS WRONG. But would you kill yourself like that if it wasn't for desperation. I am thinking No. Nobody wants to kill themselves unless they see no justice has been served in this case U.S.
America talks about equality but the fact is, it prefers Israelis over Palestinian or may I add muslim world.
Israelis have complete control over the land, the water and the air. The Palestine must follow whatever they say even though the land is illegaly occupied by Israel.
And why Israeli call the new barrier a fence, its a
god damn wall.
have a good day sir
Re: rise of hammas - the new nazis
Analogies with the Irish terrorist situation are clumsy analogies, but her goes anyway:
Following a long terrorist war of independence, the British offered Ireland a treaty of 'dominion status' in which the Irish 'Free State' representatives would have to swear an oath to the crown in return for large levels of autonomy.
A number of Irish politicians led by Eamonn DeValera refused to do so and stormed out of the Parliament. They began a long and bloody civil war that scarred the Irish political landscape, and finally ended with DeValera deciding to enter politics and take the oath anyway 'with mental reservations'.
This astounding (but positive for the country) hypocrisy led to his being able to win an election, declare Ireland a republic and draw up a constitution. Within the constitution was an article claiming the Irish right to rule the north (against the will of its people) and basically 'wipe the north off the map' which was never enforced but continued to foster paranoia on both sides for a long time.
This article was removed after a referendum of the Irish people as part of the Good Friday peace agreement. Now we have the IRA renouncing violence and Sinn Fein parading themselves as normal politicians. A queasy spectacle, I agree, but without question good for the country's ability to move forward.
Just because Hamas makes outrageous claims does not mean that they will be able to carry them out. The majority of Palestinians polled are in favour of peace with Israel and permanent borders between the PA and Israel. Hamas' goal to 'wipe Israel off the map' already played little or no part in their electioneering. The incompetence and corruption of the opposition handed them a victory, but not a carte blanche. If they want to keep their foothold in politics, then a whole lot of compromising lies in their future. I'd be very surprised if the Hamas of 10 years bears much resemblance to the Hamas of today. And, considering truces and ceasefires are impossible without Hamas' support, an unconditional refusal to negotiate with them would surely be counterproductive.
