i admire your frankness and i too believe religion is the root of mankinds poison, most religions have a forgiveness code written in to its very covenient works,it practicaly tells people that it does not matter what you do,even the worst in inhuman acts will be forgiven!,the sooner people ditch religion and make a better job of this!life, the world and its people will embrace a future that will be paradise on this earth and not the next as if the next existed,IT DOES NOT!peter

There has never been a religious war.
No religious person has ever laid hand on another human being.
There are in abundance however heathens in religious disguise.
"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are."

Re: Those who founded religions, they are enemy of the people
It isn't those who founded beliefs who are at fault. It's those who made religions out of the spiritual teachings, a generation or two later. It happens to every spiritual teaching. It's the bureaucrats who like to build, and who usually lack any spiritual ability that create religions. They take the teaching and add structure and, with it, politics that make a religion out of a spiritual teaching. How do you stop that from happening? The builders think they are doing good.
