When nation state florrished, white people risticted to non white people to their countries. In ancient time where migration possible people migrated whthout passport and visa. in India in America people of different race easly migrated. When white people migrated in U.S. THEY IMPOSED NEW RULE AND RISTICATED NON WHITE PEOPLE.
