We are looking for highly motivated, reliable, flexible and committed individuals to maintain our high standards of producing quality content on the net. A good knowledge of global current affairs and the current news agenda, plus demonstrable interest in web publishing is preferred. The ongoing internship is on a part-time, casual basis with a minimum requirement of five hours per week. Candidates must be able to work remotely. Interested? Responsibilities include aggregating relevant news stories, providing succinct analysis, and online publishing and marketing. Demonstrated writing ability and some experience with web-based publishing required. Knowledge of Indian politics is helpful, but not essential. Backgrounds in political sciences, history, anthropology, development studies, and cultural studies are preferred. This is a writing-intensive internship.
