Ahmed Zakaria is a cultural journalist and filmmaker from Egypt. Having recently finished his MA in media and cultural studies at the Graduate School for Social Sciences in Warsaw - Poland, Zakaria is now on an internship in Uganda with the Initiative for Social and Economic Rights using media and filmmaking as a tool for advocacy and raising awareness.
