Zoe Gardner is an independent immigration policy expert and campaigner for the rights of all migrants and refugees in the UK and across Europe. She has held policy and advocacy roles at the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants, Asylum Aid, the Race Equality Foundation and the European Council on Refugees and Exiles.
