About Alexis Hood

Alexis Hood studied English at Cambridge and worked for Channel Four as a freelance reader during her degree. After graduating with a first class degree, she started working as a researcher for Headline Pictures, an independent film and television company. She is currently working on a major drama about the Cold War for Headline, and is also a freelance researcher for Radio Four. Alexis was a journalist in Ghana during her gap year and is particularly interested in African issues.
