Andrés Del Río es Profesor Adjunto de Ciencia Política en la Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), en el Instituto de Educação de Angra dos Reis (IEAR), em Río de Janeiro,  Brasil. És doctor en Ciencias Políticas IESP/ Universidade Estado do Rio de Janeiro y máster en Relaciones internacionales por la Universidad Torcuato di Tella (Buenos Aires, Argentina). 

Andrés Del Rio is Associate Professor of Political Science at the  Federal Fluminense College (UFF), in the Institute of Education of Angra dos Reis (FFB), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A PhD in Political Science IESP (Rio de Janeiro State College) and a Masters in International Relations from the University Torcuato di Tella (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
