Brendan OLeary
Brendan O’Leary is Professor of Political Science at the London School of Economics. He specialises in national and ethnic conflict regulation. His books include Right-Sizing the State: the Politics of Moving Borders, published in October 2001. He has been a constitutional advisor in Somalia, South Africa and Northern Ireland.
