David Madden graduated from the University of Exeter in Economic and Political Development. After a career in banking and finance, he managed and directed a successful charity campaign working across education, health and social justice. Latterly working as a translator for Solidarité Internationale, he writes for various Middle East affairs organisations, and blogs on the Palestine-Israel conflict. His particular interest is in the post-Mossadeq period of Iranian politics.
