Lara Sievers worked for a humanitarian NGO in Erbil, Iraq, during 6 months in 2015 and 2016. She previously worked for an INGO in Morocco which focuses on conflict transformation, and worked at the European Commission in Brussels as well as the German Embassy in Prague. She holds an M.A. in International Peace and Security from King’s College London with a focus on the Middle East and previously published an article on negotiating with terrorist.
