She graduated from Moscow State University in 2000, and has written for numerous publications including Seance Magazine, Afisha, GQ, Openspace, Colta. Her books include Balabanov (2013, 2014), Cinema as Visual Code (2014), Alexander Mindadze: from Soviet to Post-Post-Soviet (in print). She lives in Saint Petersburg.
