Natalia Koulinka is a graduate student at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She trained as a journalist at the School of Journalism at Belarusian State University, where she worked as an instructor for several years. In 2008, she won a Knight Fellowship at Stanford University, where she co-founded the Stanford Post-Soviet Post.
