About Nicky Rousseau

Nicky Rousseau is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Arts at the University of the Western Cape. From 1996 to 2002, she worked as a researcher in the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission and was part of the team which authored the TRC’s seven volume report, and she currently serves as the Project Manager of the Violence and Transition Project an interdisciplinary and multi-sited project in South Africa, Kenya and Zimbabwe.
