Ottavia Ampuero Villagran is a Junior Research Fellow at the United Nation University Institute on Globalization, Culture and Mobility (UNU-GCM). She holds a masters degree in international security from the Barcelona Institute for International Studies (IBEI) and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the London School of Economics (LSE). Her research interests and professional experience have focused on human rights, private security and conflict.
