Zoe Ferguson has 20 years experience in public policy in Scotland in roles spanning research, analysis and policy, most recently as the Chief Social Researcher at the Scottish Government. Since leaving government in 2015 she has worked with Edinburgh Cyrenians and is currently an associate with the Carnegie UK Trust.
