The university of Kent, the Institut Francais, and the Goethe Institut London will celebrate and examine the cinema of Werner Herzog through a conference on the films of the great German director. It accompanies the screening of a range of Herzog's documentaries and also the U.K premieres of Herzog's most recent film *The wild Blue Yonder* (2005).

If you live in or are visiting the UK, don't loose the opportunity to get to know this mystical figure of New German cinema, widely known as the director of *the Enigma of Kaspar Hauser* and *Fitzcarraldo*.
