Friday fun: Windows Vista has been released last week, and it includes many "enhancements" (via [The Onion](http://www.theonion.com/content/infograph/microsoft%5Fvista%5Freleased?ref=opendemocracy.net)):  

- Microsoft Word's helpful paper-clip icon now blinks at rate of normal humans
- Enhanced graphics on "System Is Not Responding" pop-up window
- Five new card-back designs for Solitaire
