An effective [new initiative](http://politiken.dk/VisArtikel.sasp?PageID=423813%20to&ref=opendemocracy.net) to harass foreigners in Denmark: Only people who speak "good Danish" will be able to pass the [government's](https://www.opendemocracy.net/people-migrationeurope/article%5F1563.jsp) new [citizenship test](http://denmark.dk/portal/page?%5Fpageid=374,610566&%5Fdad=portal&%5Fschema=PORTAL&ic%5Fitemid=901707&ref=opendemocracy.net) \- even if they are former torture victims. Soren Krarup from the Danish People's Party says he is ["tired"](http://politiken.dk/VisArtikel.sasp?PageID=423813&ref=opendemocracy.net) of getting applications for dispensation from people who say they suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome.
