# Welcome to our new weblog

OK, so it's the same blog but with snazzy new design. Thanks to [Robey Clark](http://robeyclark.com/?ref=opendemocracy.net) for the design, and for [Hamza Khan-Cheema](https://www.opendemocracy.net/author/Hamza%5FKhan-Cheema.jsp) for making it all work.

openDemocracy is proud to present "oDBlogs", our new blogging headquarters. If you click on the "Go to blog" menu above you'll see a list of past and present weblogs, all with handy search engines so you can find what you're looking for.

It's been a year of experimenting, and there have been many successes.

The most recent [Women making a difference](https://www.opendemocracy.net/openblogs/blog/1325women/) blog was a month-long conversation between more than 30 of the world's most dynamic women activists about UN Resolution 1325.  

Our [Iran Scan](http://www.iranscan.net/blog/iran/index.jsp?ref=opendemocracy.net) blog was visited by thousands daily in the run up to the Iranian elections in June, and our contributors were interviewed on television and radio worldwide.

Here, on [oD Today](https://www.opendemocracy.net/openblogs/blog/od/) you get to eavesdrop on the people who make openDemocracy happen.
