That's the message from a group of leading economists who wrote to the [Sunday Telegraph](http://www.telegraph.co.uk/opinion/main.jhtml?xml=/opinion/2008/10/26/nosplit/dt2601.xml&ref=opendemocracy.net) yesterday in protest at Alistair Darling's attempts at Keynesian reflation.
