Abulkasim Al Jaberi currently lives in the Netherlands, where he writes and gives talks about racism related issues. In 2012 he worked as a journalist for the Egypt Independent (later renamed Mada Masr), where he wrote about state violence, corporate landgrabs, and people´s resistance.
