Alejandro Fernández is a Lawyer, master in Political Science and LLM in Human Rights Law. He is legal advisor to the Catholic University of Temuco, where he has organized the courses of State and Government Theory; Culture, Ethics and Politics; Processes of Constitutional Change and Reform; Constitutional Law; and a Diploma on Human Rights for Educators in Intercultural Contexts.
